Description

Simple Fruit Custard makes a light and refreshing summer dessert. My mom made this custard whenever we had lot of fruits in the house. It’s quick, easy and delicious!

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    In a thick bottomed pan add milk.
  2. Step 2
    stir occasionally and get the milk to boil.
  3. Step 3
    meanwhile, in a bowl take 2 tbsp of custard powder. i have used vanilla flavour custard powder and add 3-4 tbsp of milk and mix well
  4. Step 4
    stir continuously, making sure there are no lumps formed in it.
  5. Step 5
    once the milk has boiled, pour the prepared custard mixture into it.
  6. Step 6
    Mix continuously, keeping the flame on low.
  7. Step 7
    Also add sugar adjust the amount of sugar if looking for more sweeter fruit custard.
  8. Step 8
    The milk changes colour to dark yellow.
  9. Step 9
    Furthermore, it thickens slightly. adjust the consistency by cooking for long time.
  10. Step 10
    Transfer to a small bowl and cool completely.
  11. Prepared fruit Custard

  12. Step 1
    once the prepared custard milk has cooled completely, add chopped fruits of your choice.
  13. Step 2
    add, green grapes, Black grapes, banana, pomegranate seeds and apple.
  14. Step 3
    cover and chill for 2 hours or more.
  15. Step 4
    once the custard fruit salad has chilled, it turns more thick and creamy.
  16. Step 5
    finally, serve fruit custard chilled.

Notes

  • Stir Continuously while adding Custard powder
  • Add Any Fruit of Choice
