बिहारी लिट्टी(Bihari Litti)

Litti, sometimes, along with chokha, is a complete meal that originated from the Bhojpuri region of the Indian states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. It is a dough ball made up of whole wheat flour and stuffed with gram flour, pulses and mixed with herbs and spices.

  • लिट्टी को बहुत अच्छे से पकाना पड़ता है वरना आटा अंदर से कच्चा रह जाता है।
  • सत्तू के भरावन को ज्यादा मात्रा में डालें, क्योंकि उससे लिट्टी स्वादिष्ट बनती है।
  • टमाटर चोखा, आलू चोखा या बैंगन चोखा के साथ परोसने पर लिट्टी चोखा  स्वादिष्ट लगती है।
  • अगर आप पारंपरिक तरीके से परोसना चाहते हैं, तो लिट्टी को तोड़कर घी में डुबो कर परोसे।
